With 14 years of experience in CrossFit, I am dedicated and passionate about health and fitness. My personal journey has been shaped by the competitive nature and sport of CrossFit, through which I have gained not only physical strength but also mental toughness and confidence.
As a CrossFit Kids coach, my goal is to inspire young athletes to push their boundaries, foster teamwork, and cultivate qualities such as perseverance, discipline, and self-love. I truly love the team camaraderie that comes with CrossFit, and I believe it teaches kids the importance of working together and supporting one another. I believe that CrossFit offers valuable life lessons—encouraging hard work, resilience, and healthy habits, while creating a fun and supportive environment. I am committed to being a positive role model and helping children become strong, confident, and balanced individuals!
