I found CrossFit in 2017 as a way to support my journey in sobriety. I have been on that journey almost 10 years, and many times I owe that to CrossFit. What started as a personal challenge quickly grew into a deep passion for people and the community.
I believe in hard work, smart training, and creating an environment where every athlete—regardless of experience level—feels supported, encouraged, and challenged. I earned my CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2) certification this year as part of my continued commitment to growing as a coach.
What I love most about coaching is seeing athletes progress—whether it’s a small win or a major breakthrough. Being part of that journey is what drives me every day.
