Strength is a foundational element that we don’t shy away from. From your conventional lifts to Olympic lifting, we do it on a daily basis.

Led by our two coaches, Jenna and Aly, they not only bring a wealth of experience but also the motivation and focus to be relentless in their coaching, down to the last little detail.

Gone is the myth about strength training and kids. All over the world, kids start lifting at a very young age and soon start passing others in their choice of sport. The only thing dangerous about kids lifting is bad coaches.

Safety is promoted through proper coaching. It’s then reinforced by all of the mobility, stability, and flexibility work we do every class.

Structure is a key to success, and success to us comes in many forms. At our gym in Vandalia, Kids in our classes have gained self-confidence, strength, and, more importantly, a mindset that’s transferable to life.

We don’t cut corners here; we create an atmosphere that produces results. Results that transfer to their choice of sport and everyday life. They will be challenged and tested mentally as much as physically. This shows them they are far more capable than they think.

We have a free one-week trial available. Once they try out the Kidz program and want to continue, we will put them through our Kidz Athlete Training Course.

Here we break down aspects of CrossFit we will be doing on a weekly basis. Here we teach them how to lift and perform movements without the stress of a clock or class.
